A cigar box with labels. On the front of box the bottom label "Canada. Twenty Five Cigars Series of 1897." On the bottom of the box "Factory No. 5 I.R.D. 17 The maufacturers of the cigars herein contained have complied with all the requirements of the law. The following caution is to be striclty observed under the penalties provided by the statutes of Canada. 1st. This package is supposed to be opened in such a way as to break the stamp 2nd. This package is not to be used again when the present contents are moved. 3rd. The contents are not to be removed except for immediate sale; and 4th When the package is empty the stamp and package must be destroyed." |
